WOODLAND EDITING VIDEO TUTORIAL

This Woodland Editing Tutorial features my panoramic image, “Stealing Off”. Containing nearly 2 hours of screen recording, you will see my complete workflow for editing this image.

Software used: Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop plus the 3rd party plugins, Lumenzia & Nik Collection.

In this tutorial, you will learn the following:

  • Using lightroom to stitch images for panoramas

  • RAW adjustments inAdobe Camera Raw

  • Colour adjustments using a variety of tools including Selective Colour in Photoshop, the HSL panel in Camera Raw & the ColorFX filter in Nik Collection

  • Adding light effects

  • The Orton Effect

  • Adding a canvas and slicing the image for social media (e.g. Instagram carousel post)

  • More advanced Photoshop skills, including luminosity masks and colour grading

A psb-File is included so you can follow along with the edit in Photoshop.

You don’t need any advanced Photoshop and Lightroom knowledge to benefit from this tutorial as I explain everything whilst editing the image. A basic understanding of simple RAW adjustments, layers and simple layer masking will be an advantage though.

DISCLAIMER: The provided psb-File is for your personal educational use only. It has been downsized to prevent full resolution reproductions.
