WELCOME. THIS IS THE BLOG.
SPRING IS HERE etc.
Spring is finally here and everything is about to explode and being colored in lush greens. It’s the season I am looking forward to the most throughout the year as it can still be foggy in the morning and most of the colors already present in the foliage will become even more saturated that way.
SOME KIND OF WINTER
Dear Friends, It’s been a while and a lot happened since my last blog post. We moved to a new flat, and my outings to do some photography became very rare. I guess I went shooting 3 times between October and February, but it was a much needed break as I felt that creativity was dropping and I was exhausted a lot as I did most of the work, regarding the move of our flat, myself.
WAITING FOR AUTUMN
I guess it’s no surprise to you, that for me, as a landscape photographer, specialising in woodlands in particular, autumn is my favourite season for going out scouting and doing photography. After an aborted trip to the dolomites in the end of September, I was really looking forward for some success stories in terms of photography. Unfortunately our trip to Italy didn’t turn out as expected, due to tourists crowds and very warm weather. Speaking of, I mean blue skies and nearly zero clouds - a landscape photographer’s nightmare.
HERITAGE
I was on my way to Germany, travelling by Car, when I spotted this scene which I am showing you here. It was a Friday Morning and due to the pandemic and having to work from home, we were staying in Upper Austria again. From there it is a 3 hour drive to Ulm, a beautiful town in Germany where my uncle and his wife are staying at the moment. My cousin from Iran was also there and I thought this would be a nice opportunity to pay them a visit.
